Ingredients
18.25ozyellow cake mix,(1 package)
3.5ozinstant vanilla pudding mix,(1 package)
¾cupvegetable oil
¾cupcream sherry
4eggs
1tspvanilla extract
½tspalmond extract
1tbsppoppy seeds
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan.
Mix together the yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding, vegetable oil, cream sherry, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and poppy seeds. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for approximately 7 minutes.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
