Ingredients
3cupsOreos,crushed, whole cookies including the middles
1½cupswalnuts,finely chopped
3tbspheavy cream
⅓cupdark rum
chocolate sprinkles
coconut
cocoa powder
sprinkles
nuts,chopped
Preparation
Combine the crushed Oreos, walnuts, cream in a medium bowl, then mix well.
Add the rum starting with ¼ cup and adding more if needed to create a consistency that holds its shape when rolled.
Using a small scoop or melon baller, scoop the dough and roll them into balls.
Roll in sprinkles, coconut or other desired toppings.
