1tspgarlic powder
1tspchili powder
1tspdried thyme
1tspground black pepper
tspsalt
½lbsalmon steaks
2flour tortillas
2tbspcaesar dressing
5cupsromaine lettuce
2tbspparmesan cheese,shredded
Preparation
Preheat the skillet on medium.
Combine all of the seasonings in the mixing bowl. Toss the pieces of fish in the spices until evenly coated.
Move the seasoned fish to the skillet and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until the fish pieces are crunchy-brown on the outside and juicy-opaque on the inside. Turn off the stove when it’s done.
Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each tortilla. Divide the lettuce, cheese, and fish between the tortillas.
Wrap the tortillas over, serve, and enjoy!
