Ingredients

3 cups peaches, diced or sliced (about 4 large peaches)

½ cup water

¾ cup sugar, measure depending on the sweetness of the peaches

1 tbsp cornstarch

¼ tsp vanilla extract

⅙ tsp salt

¼ tsp almond extract

ground cinnamon, optional

Preparation

In a saucepot, combine water, cornstarch, salt, and peaches. Heat up until simmering.

Add sugar as needed.

When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat. Add vanilla extract and almond extract.

Top with a dash of ground cinnamon. Your peach sauce is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
