Ingredients
3egg whites
2slicesturkey bacon,cooked
1tbspgreen pepper,chopped
cooking oil
salt and pepper
mini whole wheat pita pockets
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, salt and pepper. Scramble to combine.
Set a medium frying pan on low flame, then spray the pan with oil when hot.
Add the green pepper, then sauté for 1 minute.
Add the eggs, then cook, stirring frequently.
Add the crumbled turkey bacon, then mix well until the eggs are cooked.
Place the pita in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove and cut the pita in half.
Stuff with the eggs and bacon mix, serve, and enjoy!
