Ingredients
2large eggs
3large egg whites
4scallions,diced
1large tomato
1tspolive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium-low flame, then add scallions and tomatoes.
Mix the eggs in a bowl, then season them with salt and pepper.
Add the eggs to the frying pan, then stir for 2 to 3 minutes as they cook.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
