Ingredients
½ cup salsa
1 cup fat-free sour cream, fat-free tastes good
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 onions, sliced
2 tbsp ripe olives, chopped
1 cup fat-free refried beans
Preparation
Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a rectangular glass dish.
Pour the salsa over this layer.
Continue layering with all ingredients.
Top with fat-free sour cream.
