½cupunsalted walnuts,raw

½cupunsalted pecans,raw

½cupunsalted cashews,raw

½cupunsalted almonds,raw

1cupunsalted peanuts,roasted

½cupCoca-Cola®

1½tbsplow sodium soy sauce

1½tbsphoney

2tbspbutter

¾tspcayenne pepper

½tspkosher salt

½tspblack pepper

½tspcumin

½tsppaprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the nuts in a bowl and set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together all the other ingredients. Once butter is melted and liquid is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes, pour over nuts and stir until well coated.

Lightly spray parchment-covered sheet tray with cooking spray and spread out nuts evenly. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until caramelized, toasted, and crunchy.

Stir nuts once during cooking and keep a close eye on them so that they don’t burn. Remove immediately to a bowl so they don’t harden on the sheet pan.

Serve and enjoy.
