Ingredients
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp green cardamom, ground
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 tsp white sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes into lengthwise fingers and place them into a bowl of cold water for about 10-12 minutes.
Combine the spices together in a small bowl.
Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them. Place the fries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the fries before covering them evenly with the spice mix and mix together thoroughly.
Bake the fries for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
