Ingredients

2ripe bananas

2tbspall-purpose flour

2tsprice flour

½tspbaking soda

½tspsalt

1tspsugar

oil,for deep frying

1scoopvanilla ice cream

1tbspchocolate syrup

1tbspsweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Mash the bananas in a bowl.

Stir in the all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking soda and salt until mixed. Mix in the sugar.

Heat up cooking oil for deep frying in a small pan.

Once the oil is hot, scoop up roughly 1 tablespoon of batter into the frying pan. Deep fry until golden brown.

Place the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve the fritters with the vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sweetened condensed milk, and enjoy!
