Ingredients
16ozegg noodles,1 package
½cupbutter
½cupbread crumbs,to taste
salt,to taste
Preparation
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Cook the egg noodles at a boil for 8 minutes, until tender yet firm to the bite. Drain.
Melt the butter in a skillet or large pot over low heat.
Add the bread crumbs and stir until coated in butter.
Mix the noodles into bread crumbs mixture.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, until a crust forms on the bottom. Season with salt.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
