1yellow onion,chopped

1canranch beans

1cupenchilada sauce

1cuptomato sauce

2cupscheddar cheese,shredded

2green onions,thinly sliced, optional

6brioche buns

2cupsFritos Corn Chips

Preparation

Cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it into crumbles, until the onions are caramelized.

Add the tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, and beans. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly and the mixture is “sloppy”.

Top the brioche bun with the beef mixture, then the cheddar cheese and Frito chips.

Sprinkle green onions over top, serve, and enjoy!
