Ingredients

2 bananas, sliced

1 red apple, or green apple, chopped

1½ cup red and green grapes, seedless, cut in halves

1 cup blueberries

½ cup raspberries, or blackberries, cut in half

1 cup strawberries, cut in half

2 kiwis, peeled, chopped

8 oz cream cheese, (1 package) at room temperature

1 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup orange juice

1 tsp salt

mint leaves, torn

Preparation

Blend the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the brown sugar and salt. Beat until the sugar is dissolved.

Drizzle in the lemon juice, orange juice and vanilla and beat until smooth. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.

Add the dressing to the mixture and toss again until the fruit is completely coated.

Cover the bowl with cling wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
