Ingredients

2¼ cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

¾ cup butter soft

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup fruity pebbles cereal

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat mat, set aside. In bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.

In stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and eggs until combined. Slowly add in the flour mixture until combined.

Lastly, add in the Fruity Pebbles until incorporated. Roll about 2 tablespoon of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until slightly golden on the edges.

Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
