Ingredients

½cupbutter,(plus 2 tbsp), melted

⅔cupcoconut sugar

3large eggs

1tspvanilla extract

½cupalmond flour

¼cupcocoa powder

½tspbaking powder

¼tspsalt

½cupchocolate chunks

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix until incorporated. Add in the vanilla, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir.

Fold in the chocolate chunks and spread evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking them after 15 minutes.
