Ingredients
1½cupsFunfetti Cake Mix
1cupbanana
1½tspcinnamon
2eggs
2tbspcanola oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl or mixer, blend together cake mix, eggs, oil, bananas, and cinnamon for about 2 minutes.
Spray a 5¼x9x2¾-inch large loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour the batter inside.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
