Ingredients

2 cups carrots, coarsely grated

1 cup milk

½ cup almonds or cashews, chopped

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup cream

¼ tsp cardamom

Preparation

Put shredded carrots and milk in a pot. Boil over medium heat to soften.

Sprinkle chopped nuts, raisins, sugar, cream, and cardamom and mix well.

Serve and enjoy!
