Ingredients

16 oz linguine, cooked

½ cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic , minced

3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 pc lemon, juiced

1 cup white wine

2 pcs bay leaves

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Parmesan cheese, Grated

parsley, chopped

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Toss in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes before adding in the bay leaves, tomato halves, white wine, and lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the mixture with the cooked pasta and toss until pasta is well coated.

Add salt and pepper.

Plate and top it off with some shredded parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Optional to add more minced garlic as garnish.
