Ingredients
¼cupdijon mustard
¼cupmayonnaise
1½tspfresh garlic,minced
4chicken breasts
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1tbspfresh parsley,minced, optional
Preparation
Preheat a gas grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees F.
In a small mixing bowl stir together dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pound thicker portions of chicken with a meat mallet to help even the thickness. Brush the top side of chicken pieces with plenty of mustard sauce.
Place on the preheated grill, sauce coated side down, then brush the uncoated side with mustard sauce.
Cover and grill until chicken registers 165 degrees F in the center of thickest portion for about 4 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with parsley if using and serve warm.
