Ingredients

8red potatoes,medium, quartered

2tspgarlic,minced

2tbspbutter

½cupmilk,warmed

1tspgarlic salt,(can add more if desired)

½tsppepper

¼cupparmesan cheese,grated

fresh parsley,optional

Preparation

Place potatoes and garlic in a large pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).

Drain potatoes and place back in a pot. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper.

Blend with hand mixer until desired consistency. Stir in cheese and top with fresh parsley.
