Ingredients

2 lb chicken drumsticks

1 lb new potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil

10 cloves garlic, sliced

3 tbsp rosemary leaves, fresh

2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine and toss all ingredients together. Be sure that all are fully coated in the mixture before setting them in your oven.

Transfer both your chicken and potatoes onto a baking sheet, roasting pan, or a baking casserole of your choice lined with foil.

Roast for roughly 1½ hours or until your chicken is cooked through.

Let your roasted chicken drumsticks rest for about 10 minutes. Place them on a platter, serve, and enjoy!
