Ingredients

½cupgarlic scapes,flowers and tough ends removed

½cupfresh basil leaves

½cupParmigiano Reggiano cheese,grated

⅓cupextra virgin olive oil

kosher salt and fresh pepper,to taste

Preparation

Cut the garlic scapes into small pieces.

In a food processor or mini blender, pulse scapes, basil, parmigiano, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Slowly add the olive oil while pulsing.

Use in pasta, stuffed chicken, or as a dip. Enjoy!
