Ingredients
½ cup popcorn kernels, (1 sachet)
¾ cup brown sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1½ tsp salt
¾ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Pop the kernels following package directions and place them into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, place the brown sugar, butter, sea salt, vanilla extract, and corn syrup into the microwave. Heat until fully melted.
Stir in the baking soda and mix to combine well. Pour the popcorn.
Mix and coat the popcorn. Serve and enjoy!
