1tspvanilla

1tsporange zest,optional

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Blend the milk, flour, eggs, butter, slat, vanilla, and orange zest in a blender, making sure to let any flour clumps get well-blended.

Grease the muffin tins well, then distribute the batter evenly between 24 tins.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top.
