Ingredients

2tbsprice vinegar

2tbspAsian fish sauce

2tbspcanola oil

1½tbspfresh ginger,minced

1tbspsugar

½*Coriander-Dusted Roast Beef,(see Recipe Notes for recipe) or 12 oz roast beef

12ozmixed greens

1cupchow mein noodles,dried

6radishes

¼cupcilantro,chopped

¼cupmint,chopped

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with fish sauce, canola oil, ginger, and sugar.

Add shredded beef, mixed greens, dried noodles, radishes, cilantro, and mint and toss.

Serve right away.
