Ingredients

2carrots,peeled and roughly chopped

2tbspginger,fresh, peeled and roughly chopped

1small shallot,roughly chopped

2tbspwhite miso paste

2tbsprice vinegar

2tbspgrapeseed oil

1tbspsesame oil

Preparation

Combine the carrots, ginger, and shallot in a food processor; pulse until minced.

Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the miso, vinegar, grapeseed oil, and sesame oil to carrot mixture and blend until smooth.

Serve with salad and enjoy.
