Ingredients

¼cuprice vinegar

1½tbspsugar

1tbspfresh ginger,finely grated

¼cupvegetable oil

kosher salt and freshly ground pepper,to taste

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar with the sugar and grated ginger until the sugar is dissolved

Whisk in the vegetable oil and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.

Use as desired and enjoy.
