2cupsalmond milk
½cupvanilla Greek-style yogurt
¼cupbutter,melted
2tspvanilla extract
1¾cupsgluten-free flour blend
1cupgluten-free chocolate chips
¼cupgluten-free oat flour
3tbspwhite sugar
1½tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
Preparation
Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Whisk the milk, yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
Mix the gluten-free flour, chocolate chips, oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until well incorporated. Let the batter stand for about 10 minutes.
Pour ½ cup of batter onto the preheated iron, then bake for about 3 minutes until crisp and golden according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
