Ingredients
¾cupgluten-free chicken stock
¾cupwhole milk
3tbspcornstarch
Preparation
Stir the chicken stock, milk, and cornstarch together in a small saucepan until cornstarch is dissolved.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until bubbling.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Continue to cook and stir until the mixture is very thick for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
