Ingredients

1 cup honey

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp salt

Preparation

In a mixing bowl attached to a hand beater, add all your ingredients together, except for the honey. Cream until mixture turns pale and light, and the sugar has completely dissolved roughly 8 to 10 minutes.

Slowly drizzle the honey while creaming until evenly incorporated. You can serve this immediately with bread, pancakes, or waffles of your choice.

As an alternative and for a decorative finish, place the butter in a piping bag with a tip of your choice.

Set aside in a chilled area for at least 15 minutes, or until it can hold its shape when piped.

Pipe your butter over pancakes, waffles, or bread of your choice. Drizzle with more honey and serve.
