Ingredients

1¾cupsgraham cracker crumbs

7tbspbutter,softened

2tbspwhite sugar

5eggs

3cupswhite sugar

6tbspall purpose flour

½cuplemon juice

⅓cupconfectioners’ sugar,for decoration

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, softened butter or margarine, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture onto bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice.* Pour the mixture over the hot graham cracker crust

Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Dust the top with confectioners’ sugar. After cooling, cut into squares. Enjoy!
