Ingredients
15Oreo Cookies,(about 1½ cups), chopped
ANDES Chocolates,chopped
7.8ozJELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding,(2 to 4 packages)
4cupscold milk
green food coloring
mint flavoring
2cupsCOOL WHIPPED Whipped Topping,or whipped cream, thawed
Oreos,additional for garnish on top
Andes,additional for garnish on top
Preparation
Combine the chopped cookies and Andes in a bowl. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mixed and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes.
While the pudding is setting, mix the food coloring and mint into the whipped cream until blended.
Layer the chocolate pudding, whipped cream, cookie/chocolate mix into cups. Repeat the layers. Top with whole Oreo and Andes.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled, and enjoy!
