Ingredients
1lbfresh green beans,washed, trimmed
½cupwater
¼cupItalian style seasoned bread crumbs
¼cupolive oil
salt and pepper,to taste
¼tspgarlic powder
¼tspdried oregano
¼tspdried basil
¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
Preparation
Combine the green beans and ½ cup of water in a medium pot. Cover, and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium, and let beans cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
Place the beans in a medium serving bowl, and mix in bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
Toss the mixture until the beans are coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
