Ingredients

2lbschicken thighs,boneless skinless

2tbspsoy sauce

2tbsphoney

2tbspketchup

¼cuporange juice

2green onions,sliced

1clovegarlic,minced

1tbspginger,finely minced

1tbspsweet rice wine,optional

Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag.

Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade.

Grill chicken thighs for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no pink remains.

Serve warm and enjoy.
