Ingredients
4lbschicken wings
salt and pepper
1cupbuffalo sauce,such as Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
¾cuphoney
¼cupbrown sugar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
ranch,or preferred dipping sauce, to serve
Preparation
Season the wings with salt and pepper.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Reserve 1 cup of the sauce.
Add the wings to the sauce and toss to coat.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the wings on the grill and turn occasionally until crispy.
Baste with marinade every time the chicken is turned.
Remove the wings from the grill and baste with the marinade.
Serve with ranch or any favorite dipping sauce.
