Ingredients
6chicken breasts,boneless, skinless
1cupolive oil
⅔cuplemon juice
2tspgarlic,minced
1medium onion,diced
½tsppepper
½tspsalt
Preparation
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the diced onion. Put the chicken in a gallon-sized bag with the marinade.
Allow to marinate overnight.
Place the chicken on the preheated grill and sprinkle with additional pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill, or until no longer pink in the center.
Serve with grilled lemon slices, and enjoy!
