Ingredients

20 oz radishes, sliced

2 garlic minced, minced

2 tbsp butter, cubed

1 cube ice

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the grill over a high heat setting.

In a bowl mix garlic and radishes together and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange radishes, garlic, butter, ice cube on a double layer aluminum foil. Season contents with salt and pepper. Tightly wrap foil to seal.

Place sealed foil on the grill. Cook the radishes for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
