2Hass avocados
¼cuppomegranate seeds
2tbspwhite Spanish onion,¼-in diced
2fresh serrano chiles
2tbspfresh cilantro,thin strips
1tspsalt
1tsplemon juice,freshly squeezed, or to taste
Preparation
Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
Scoop the meat into a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and lemon juice, and more chiles, if desired.
