Ingredients

2 avocados, removed from the skin and pitted (save the pits to keep the guacamole green)

2 roma tomatoes, chopped

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped (remove the ribs and seeds to make it milder)

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

1 large lime, juiced

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a large plastic zip-top bag and zip closed.

Mash with your hands.

Once it has reached a consistency you like, snip the end off of the bag and squeeze into a bowl.
