Ingredients

1 lb ground round

1 onion, chopped

10 oz tomatoes, diced

1 cup rice

1 cup water

1 oz taco seasoning, (1 pkg)

1 ½ cup lettuce, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 cup black olives, sliced

1 avocado, diced

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 cup sour cream

tortilla chips

Preparation

Cook hamburger and onion together in a skillet until meat is well done.

Drain off fat.

Add canned tomatoes, water, rice and taco seasoning.

Cook over medium heat until rice absorbs the water.

Remove from heat and add lettuce, tomato, black olives, avocado, cheese and sour cream to the top of the hamburger and rice.

Serve with tortilla chips.
