Ingredients
1 cup cream soda, (8 oz)
½ cup butterscotch syrup, (4 oz), or sauce*
½ tbsp butter
whipped cream, optional
Preparation
Pour the butterscotch syrup into a bowl.
Add the softened butter and mix to combine together.
Pour the cream soda into the mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture into clear mugs and top the butterbeer with a few dollops of whipped cream. Enjoy!
