Ingredients
1cup1% milk,or buttermilk, or almond milk
1cupunbleached all purpose flour,or whole wheat flour
1banana,ripe
2large eggs
1tspoil
1tspvanilla
2tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
cooking spray
1cupmixed berries,fresh, for topping
1large banana,sliced
whipped cream
colored sprinkles
Preparation
Add milk, flour, 1 banana, eggs, oil, vanilla, baking powder and salt to a blender, then pulse until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
Pour the pancake batter into a condiment squeeze bottle.
Heat pan to medium high heat and spray with oil.
Squeeze little small pancake dots the size of a nickel, then cook until top is dry and forms bubbles. Toss the pancakes with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes.
Occasionally toss the pancakes around to help cook more evenly until slightly browned.
Transfer to 4 bowls, then add sliced bananas, fresh berries, and favorite toppings. Serve, and enjoy!
