Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 pinch finely ground Himalayan sea salt, to taste
1 pinch white pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste; stir again to combine. Taste and adjust as needed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer it to a container with a lid. Refrigerate until needed.
