Ingredients
ice cubes
¼-½cupsalt,rock salt or table salt
1½cupsmilk,reduced-fat milk, or heavy cream
2tbspsugar
Preparation
Fill a large Ziploc halfway with ice cubes and add ¼ to ½ cup of salt.
In the small bag, put milk or heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar for every 1.5 cups of milk (or to taste).
Seal the smaller bag then place it in the big bag and shake it for about 5 to 7 minutes to get the right consistency.
