Ingredients
2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
½lbalmonds,blanched, finely ground
2egg whites
½tspsalt
½tspalmond extract
Preparation
Blend the confectioners’ sugar, finely ground almonds, egg whites, salt, and almond extract in a blender until perfectly blended.
Cover and chill for 24 hours until firm.
Serve over cakes, and enjoy!
