Ingredients

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp onion powder

4 tbsp flour

2 cups milk

1 lb cheddar cheese

4 jalapenos, minced (optional)

Preparation

Melt the butter and flour together at medium-low heat until they form a thickened sauce, for approximately 4 minutes.

Add the milk, onion powder and cheese. If you want to add jalapenos, add them at this point.

Stir constantly until the cheese is melted, for approximately 10 minutes.

Serve warm.
