Ingredients

½cupwhite sugar

2tbspcorn syrup

½cupbutter

1tbspwhole milk

1tspvanilla

¼tspsea salt,plus more for sprinkling

Preparation

Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan.

Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it turns into a distinct caramel color.

Once it is caramel-colored, add the butter and whisk.

Add the milk and stir until smooth and combined.

Add sea salt.

Let cool, serve on favorite desserts and garnish with a bit more sea salt.
