Ingredients

1lbturkey,ground

½lbbuffalo,ground

4slicesday-old bread,processed into crumbs

1ozdry onion soup mix,(1 package)

½cupparmesan cheese,grated

2tspItalian seasoning

1egg,lightly beaten

½cupcreamy dill dip

½cupblue cheese dressing

2tbspWorcestershire sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5×9-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix the turkey, buffalo, bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, egg, dill dip, blue cheese dressing, and Worcestershire sauce.

Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.

Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.

Remove the foil, and continue baking for 15 minutes, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
