Ingredients
1tbspkosher salt
1tbspbrown sugar
1tsppaprika
1tspblack pepper
1½tspdried thyme
1½tspdried rosemary
1tspdried Sage
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey, as well as under the skin, then cook as desired.
Spice rub can be made up to 2 months in advance.
