Ingredients
1cupcarrots,peeled
1cupcelery stalks
1cupcucumbers,sliced
1cupcherry tomatoes
½cupradishes
1cupasparagus stalks,blanched
1cupgreen beans,blanched
3cupsranch,or hummus, or other assorted dips
fresh herbs,for garnish
Preparation
Arrange the carrots, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, radishes, asparagus, and green beans on a large platter.
Place the dips into bowls, then add the bowls to the platter.
Garnish with fresh herbs, then serve and enjoy!
